Safety Awareness Day!

Watford Deaf Sports and Social Club is hosting a safety awareness day on Tuesday 20th November at 1pm – 3.30pm, at the Harebreaks Community Hub.

This is to give deaf people a chance to meet representatives from the Police, Fire and Rescue Services, Trading Standards and more, to get tips on staying safe and to discuss any concerns they may have, and to ask direct questions that impact on them and the deaf community.  There will also be a BSL interpreter present.

The event is free & there will also be a free lunch provided by Hertfordshire Independent Living, so you will need to book a space so they know how many people they are catering for.
