  Children's Nutrition Talk

  A Children's Nutrition Talk will be held at the Education Room at Daisy's in the Park, with Registered Nutritionist Juliette Evans on Friday 7th June.  It will be an informal talk with lots of chances to ask questions.

  

  It’s never too late to introduce your child to a healthier way of eating. Find out what healthy eating means for your child, and how it can impact their health now, and as they grow.

  Learn what your child can eat to help:

  Improve concentration at school 
  Increase their energy
  Boost their mental wellbeing 
  Improve resistance to illness

  The talk also looks at challenges parents may face, including ways to help picky eaters, and a talk about sugar!!

  This talk is aimed at parents who have children who are toddlers through to teens.
