    Memory Cafe

    Memory Cafe, hosted by Dementia Friendly Chorleywood and W3RT Getting Together hold this group every month from 10.30 am - 12.30pm at Sunrise of Chorleywood, High View, Chorleywood, Rickmansworth, WD3 5TQ.

    They have stimulating activities, gentle exercise and most importantly, lots of FUN!

    Also a separate space for carers to meet, chat and talk about their experiences, plus an opportunity to join the group for a session with a specialist psychotherapist who offers support and mindfulness techniques.

    Come along and join them every month for a lot of chat, a lot of fun and a lot of memories.  A suggested contribution is £5.
