Neighbours Together – Volunteers needed

Neighbours Together are looking for local people to volunteer to accompany older people to social groups, clubs and events, who may need a little extra support and to give them a chance to feel part of their community, along with building their confidence.

Please do consider signing up to this wonderful scheme.  No one that lives on the Meriden needs to be lonely. However much or little time you have to spare, they would love to hear from you.

For more information or to sign up email: neighbourstogether@w3rt.org or call 01923 606 447

It would be particularly good to have volunteers who will bring a neighbour or a friend along to our new Meriden Community Cafe which meets every Wednesday morning at the Meriden Community Centre.

Although the W&TR Neighbours Together scheme is to support older people, our new Meriden Community Cafe is for all age groups so whatever your age, we hope you will come along for a cup of tea and a cake for a voluntary donation. Everyone is welcome.
