Construction of the first three new bungalows in York Way
Brick and blockwork to wall plate level completed.
Main roof structure completed.
Gable end brickwork under construction.
Drainage works associated with the bungalows currently being installed in York Way to the junction with The Turnstones.
Bungalows should be watertight by end of February to allow fit out works in late February/early March 2019.
Expected completion by June 2019
